SUMMARY:Christmas Retreat for Military Families
DESCRIPTION:Gravatt’s Christmas Retreat for Military Families offers service men and women the chance to relax\, reconnect\, and enjoy holiday traditions with their families. \nFamilies from the Army\, Air Force\, Marines\, Navy\, and National Guard will enjoy delicious\, homemade meals\, making gingerbread houses\, the high and low ropes course\, canoeing\, fishing\, evening activities\, a visit from Santa\, and more. \nThe retreat will begin with check in and dinner Friday evening. It will wrap up after lunch on Sunday. \nThanks to the generosity and support of the Aiken Augusta Wounded Warrior Golf Classic\, the presenting sponsor for this event\, there is no charge for military families to attend this weekend. We will fill up fast. Although there is no charge\, you need to register your family. In the TICKETS box beside “Family Registration” please add 1 and hit the “get tickets” button (1 registration per family)\, then fill out the registration information – and complete the checkout process to reserve your family’s spot at the retreat.

SUMMARY:Under the Tent
DESCRIPTION:Under the Tent is our premier annual fundraising event which includes a welcome cocktail hour with live music\, abundant hors d’oeuvres\, craft cocktails\, beer\, and wine followed by an elegant al fresco family-style meal under the stars. There will be an extensive selection of desserts prepared by local bakers. The Gravatt Artisan Market includes pieces from Gravatt artists and businesses near and far. Overnight options include a late night “Porch Party” that you do not want to miss. \nProceeds from this event primarily support the Westmoreland Scholarship Fund with the goal of bringing the opportunity of camp to as many children as possible. Under the Tent also supports special projects to improve the camper / guest experience at Gravatt. \nUnder the Tent dinner is an adults only event for those 21 and older. Outside alcohol is prohibited at Under the Tent. \n  \nENJOY\nThe evening begins at 5:30pm with a great selection of beer\, wine\, and cocktails under the pines\, continues with a family-style dinner from a locally chosen chef\, which is followed by an extensive dessert bar with sweet treats from local bakers and bakeries. We will have Gravatt specific merchandise\, art\, and memorabilia for sale during the evening along with comfortable rocking chairs and a beautiful setting to enjoy with old friends and new. \nThe Under the Tent Dinner $115.00: 3 course Adult dinner (21+)\, including beer\, wine\, and craft cocktails\, along with a beautiful dessert bar \n*Dinner ticket price will increase by $25 on April 1 to $140.00 \nSTAY\nWe are offering several overnight options. You may stay anywhere on our facility. All adult overnight options will include a late-night porch party and hot Gravatt breakfast on Sunday morning. DESCRIPTION:Did you spend a summer working under the pines? \nCome back for a visit and blob\, slide\, or just swim in the lake.  Check out and conquer ropes elements.  Tie-dye a shirt.  Sing by the campfire.  We might even have Gravatt Square Sundaes. We will have all the fun camp activities – and a new night activity! Plan to spend a weekend with old friends at Gravatt this summer. \nChoose from several overnight options. Conference side accommodations (Cole Lodge and cottage rooms) include electricity\, air-conditioning\, and linens. Camp accommodations (tents and cabins) will not include electricity\, AC\, or linens. Please plan accordingly. \nIf you are unable to spend the whole weekend at Gravatt plan to join us for brunch. A separate ticket for brunch is available. \nIf you are a fisherman you may also register for our Gravatt Fishing Tournament which will be held that Saturday morning. *Please note this is a separate event registration. \nRegister today and join us July 24-26.
